Booking cancellation conditions

Standard: If cancelled up to 4 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Not refundable: If you change or cancel your booking you will not get a refund or credit to use for a future stay. This policy will apply regardless of COVID-19, subject to any local consumer laws.

Groups of young people / School groups

Groups of children under 18 can only be accommodated if accompanied by an adult manager. Accompanying persons must stay overnight inside the structure.

Internal regulation

Our internal regulations are part of the general conditions. In the event of non-compliance with this order, HOTEL SANTA LUCIA LE SABBIE D’ORO has the right to immediately terminate the accommodation contract. The aforementioned penalties for cancellation are applied to the cost of any services not received for this reason.

Legal Liability / Deposit

Anyone who causes damage to the building or to the inventory is held legally responsible under the regulations in force (this applies in particular to accompanying persons and organizers). Intentional theft and damage are immediately reported. At the time of departure of groups, the staff of the structure carries out a check in all the rooms. The costs for the replacement of any damage or loss of keys are charged and are to be paid upon departure. HOTEL SANTA LUCIA LE SABBIE D'ORO reserves the right to ask individual guests, in particular travel groups, for a deposit of € 50.00 per person. This is to be paid, on request, immediately and in cash. The deposit is returned upon departure, subject to costs for any damage. HOTEL SANTA LUCIA LE SABBIE D'ORO is responsible for any damage that may occur to guests only if they are the result of the gross negligence of those who procured them. HOTEL SANTA LUCIA LE SABBIE D'ORO has no legal responsibility for luggage stored in the appropriate room or for vehicles or bicycles parked on the property of HOTEL Santa Lucia.

Final rules

The non-validity of single parts of these conditions does not in any way affect the validity of the remaining parts.

Damage, smudging, loss of keys

In the event of damage or soiling of the building or inventory or loss of keys, the damage caused is paid for by the person who procured it. Payments of this type must be made immediately and in cash (in the case of groups, the companion, possibly in place of the organizer, is required to advance the sum). Intentional theft or damage is reported immediately. Access to the emergency stairs is allowed only in the event of a fire. In the event of failure to comply with one or more of the above rules, HOTEL Santa Lucia has the right to terminate the accommodation contract at any time immediately. The guest remains obliged to pay for the stay for the entire booked period.

Escape routes / Safety exits

If in the event of a fire the stairs should be out of order, use the emergency stairs indicated by the appropriate signs. If even these stairs are not accessible, stay in your rooms (without locking the key) and make yourself noticed at the open window.
